Job Description
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students of all abilities can thrive.
- Continuously assess student progress and adjust instructional methods to support individual learning goals.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings collaborating with families and support teams to ensure student success.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child s developmental and learning needs.
- Utilize playbased strategies and ageappropriate practices to foster growth in social emotional cognitive and physical areas.
- Implement positive behavior reinforcement and effective classroom management strategies to promote engagement and success.
