Job Description
Junior Financial Manager: Reporting Financial Services
Oversee financial planning budgeting reporting and analysis to support strategic objectives.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records across multiple entities.
Prepare and submit financial reports via Hyperion ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Conduct cash flow analysis and monitor financial performance against forecasts.
Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes ensuring financial discipline.
Review and consolidate management accounts and board reports providing datadriven insights.
Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations reviewing and submitting returns as required.
Engage with internal and external auditors ensuring financial controls and compliance.
Improve finance processes systems and support ERP system migrations where applicable.
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
At least five years of experience in financial management including team leadership.
Strong operational finance experience with expertise in planning budgeting and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets and financial modelling.
Knowledge of IFRS and financial systems Great Plains and Hyperion/HFM advantageous.
Articles experience and ERP system migration experience are preferred.
Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
