Senior Business Systems Analyst Adobe AEM Cloud Migration
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a skilled professional to support their Global Marketing Team specifically contributing to digital transformation efforts within the Global Acceleration Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in migrating digital properties from Adobe Managed Services onpremise to a cloud platform helping to modernize and enhance customer engagement through digital channels. This hybrid position is based in Toronto and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and marketing within a dynamic matrixed environment.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $55 to $65 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $70 to $80 per hour.
6month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Perform analysis design implementation modification and daily functional support of applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to align technology with business strategies.
Gather business requirements and translate them for technical development teams.
Apply knowledge of business functions to identify improvement opportunities and resolve problems.
Provide support for one or more highly complex business processes.
Serve as a project team member across multiple initiatives.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT to deliver technical solutions.
Aggregate analyze and organize large volumes of data to extract actionable insights.
Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Offer continuous support and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with corporate data governance policies.
Support project management activities including tracking timelines resources and deliverables.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in computer science computer engineering information technology management information systems or a related field.
IIBA or CBAP certification is advantageous.
5 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the financial services industry.
Technical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including migration from onprem to cloud platforms.
Comfortable working in Agile frameworks and experienced with JIRA including writing user stories.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to solve complex technical problems and understand detailed processes.
Proven ability to deliver highquality technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work proactively and with attention to detail.
Demonstrated sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for solutions.
Experience in a highly matrixed organization is considered an asset.
