Patient Volume: Infants Children Adolescents

Support Staff: 3 APPs 4 RNs 1:1 MA & 5 Office Staff

Procedures/Skills:

ADHD assessment and treatment

Anxiety and depression screening and treatment

Allergy testing Behavioral health and concerns

Care for minor illnesses and injuries

Concussions Cough cold and/or sore throats

Ear infections Eye infections

Growth and development Illness

Immunizations Nutrition Sports physicals

Warts Wellchild checks

EMR: Epic

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License

BC/BE

BLS

Clean Record
