Requirements
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus offer recommendations and take food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean set properly and wellmaintained throughout service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and handle cash or card payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Follow health and safety regulations including food hygiene standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
- fluent in English language
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Customerfocused with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays.
