Job Description
- Manage SAP service delivery across the organization ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Own the endtoend support and documentation of responsible modules during SAP implementations and future rollouts.
- Identify gaps and provide effective workarounds or resolutions during the post golive phase.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and prepare user support materials (e.g. sales operations training manuals user guides presentations).
- Coordinate and monitor the work of internal SAP consultants defining KPIs supporting appraisals and assisting in internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful integration of proposed changes.
- SAP modules.
- Oversee internal ticketing processes and ensure service levels are maintained.
- Define boundaries between BusinessAsUsual (BAU) support and projectrelated tasks.
- Manage seamless transition of new or changed SAP services into steadystate operations.
- Monitor resource allocation to align with business cycles and priorities.
- Ensure timely renewal of SAP licenses and contracts handling all internal processes.
- Lead SAP governance efforts functional and technical and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
- Plan and manage change requests including budgeting and approvals.
- Conduct regular presentations and meetings with SAP teams leadership and broader employee groups (e.g. town halls).
- Implement Train the Trainer programs to promote sustainable ERP adoption and usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP or enterprise application delivery with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- SAP certifications (e.g. SAP Activate S/4HANA) are an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Delivery project management principles (Agile/Scrum) and enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing internal and external consultants/teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Extensive experience in backend development, ideally 6+ years. Proficiency in .NET Core & .NET framework-related technologies with strong knowledge of development best practices. Experience in designing and building scalable APIs for production systems. A solid understanding of software development design and architectural patterns. Expertise in setting up and managing a fully automated CI/CD pipeline. Hands-on experience with RDBMS technologies. Experience working with AWS cloud or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker. Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of observability tools and monitoring backend systems.
