Job Description
Occupational Therapist Needed For FMLA Coverage
At Clarifi Staffing Solutions were dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through exceptional care and innovative rehabilitation services. Were looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of students.
In this role you will:
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure ongoing success.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students physical abilities and needs.
- Keep accurate and uptodate records of therapy sessions progress and recommendations.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans that support students mobility and functional goals.
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings to promote independence and physical wellbeing.
- Collaborate with families teachers and school staff to develop strategies that improve mobility and overall physical health.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and possess an active Illinois state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with K12 students in a school setting is highly preferred. This role requires a strong understanding of child development proficiency in conducting educational assessments and the ability to implement effective therapeutic strategies within a school environment. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential as the position involves working closely with students educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
