Solar Works Energy is seeking an experienced and driven Canvassing Manager to lead a highperforming field sales team in residential solar. This is a fieldbased leadership role requiring a mix of doortodoor sales skills team management and performance accountability.

Your Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in doortodoor canvassing and lead generation
- Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
- Manage team reporting tracking and daily goals
- Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
- Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
- Strong communicator goaloriented and resultsdriven
- Comfortable working outdoors and in fastpaced environments
- Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save
