Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible between 9AM to 5PM LEICHHARDT NSW
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Take charge of an established podcast and video series combining technical expertise with creative editing. Youll transform raw content into polished professional episodes while maintaining high production standards. This independent flexible role lets you work asynchronously with a team that truly understands remote work culture.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive postproduction editing for both video and audio podcast content
- Perform technical cleanup and enhancement of raw recordings
- Create and integrate professional intro/outro sequences
- Select and incorporate appropriate background music and sound elements
- Design and implement supporting graphic elements for video content
- Maintain consistent quality and branding across all deliverables
- Process and deliver 38 episodes per month in both video and audio formats
- Manage independent workflow while meeting established deadlines
- Collaborate asynchronously with the content team for feedback and revisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in podcast and video content editing
- Portfolio of similar work required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating highquality audio and video postproduction work
- Proficiency in industrystandard editing software for both audio and video
Nice to Have
- Experience with graphic design elements and motion graphics
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in output
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable highspeed internet connection
- Capability to work asynchronously across time zones
- Professional communication skills in English
- Dedicated quiet workspace with appropriate technical setup
