We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Engagement Officer (CEO) to drive engagement retention and growth across our regional tennis venues. This role is critical in ensuring effective communication with current and potential customers staff and stakeholders supporting the longterm sustainability of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement Communication Strategies Create and execute
- communication plans that align with business objectives to enhance visibility engagement and sustainability.
- Maximize Customer Engagement & Retention Assist in developing strategies to boost customer participation and long term retention including using social media and other marketing efforts.
- Marketing for Tennis Venues Help implement marketing initiatives to promote tennis venues increase participation and enhance venue visibility.
- Create Support & Manage Marketing Campaigns Support the development and of marketing campaigns including creating compelling content and promotions to attract new customers and strengthen brand positioning.
- Coordinate Monthly Coaching Newsletters Support the production of a monthly newsletter to keep players parents and members informed about coaching programs events and promotions.
- Write Blog Posts for Venue Management Websites Create engaging blog content to highlight venue activities coaching success stories and community impact.
- Analyze & Report on Engagement Metrics Monitor communication effectiveness using data analytics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Reporting Compile and present reports on communication efforts engagement trends and key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Internal Communication Ensure smooth information flow to coaching staff optimizing the use of our database and marketing software.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in data management analytics and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Understanding of customer behavior and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and database management.
- A creative and strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of the sports industry and media landscape (preferred).
