Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a luxury clientfocused shopping experience ensuring exceptional service always.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalised styling clienteling and followups.
Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets by understanding customer needs and preferences.
Demonstrate indepth knowledge of luxury brands fabrics and tailoring techniques to provide expert advice.
Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a pristine store environment.
Work closely with management to support business goals events and VIP client experiences.
Keep up to date with fashion trends new arrivals and industry developments to enhance product knowledge.
23 years in luxury retail / Sales
Strong clientele and relationshipbuilding skills with a proven track record in driving sales.
Passion for luxury fashion styling and tailoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and professional attitude with the ability to work in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
High level of attention to detail and a keen sense of personal presentation.
