Job Description
- Driver will be covering a North Bay linehaul run
- Will be required to operate a forklift. Inhouse certification to be provided.
- Work schedule will be Monday Evening to Saturday morning with departure time of 1830 nightly.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to designated destinations.
- Perform pretrip enroute and posttrip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
- Adhere to all applicable transportation laws regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch customers and other drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer.
Qualifications :
- Class 1 or AZ license required.
- Ability to complete proper pre/post & inter trips.
- Knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Devices.
- Knowledge of hours of service.
- Knowledge of load securement TDG & WHMIS
- Must be reliable dependable and hard working.
- Must have experience operating a forklift
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check drivers abstract and work related references.
