Qualifications :
- Higher Education in (Management) Accounting Information Technology or Business Administration
- More than 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting (Presales) for software solutions
- Industry Expertise: 5 years of handson experience in Public Sector Professional Services Organizations & Not for Profit with a deep understanding of industry trends and business needs.
- Communication & Sales Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including needs analysis value proposition development business case creation persuasive presentation delivery and effective closing techniques.
- Sales Cycle Support: Proven experience supporting endtoend sales cycles within CRM ERP and accounting software organizations. Familiarity with guiding clients through complex decisionmaking processes either through live demonstrations and by creating demo video content.
- Application Knowledge: Previous experience with one or more major enterprise applications such as Unit4 ERP Workday Oracle PeopleSoft Sage Intacct SAP QuickBooks or Salesforce.
- Presentation & Relationship Building: Strong presentation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales Success: A track record of consistently increasing deal size accelerating sales cycles and meeting or exceeding quota targets.
- Consulting Experience: Background in sales sales consulting or software consulting with a focus on understanding and solving complex business challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with multiuser operating systems and ERP environments with demonstrated problemsolving abilities in technically sophisticated settings.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 20 to 40 to support business needs.
- Excellent English proficiency both verbal and written
- Practical getting things done handson mentality
- Consensus Demo Automation Platform experience is preferred
