Job Description
In your new role as our Financial Analyst with Entegra you will serve as a key partner overseeing all business performance with Entegra. This includes Financial Planning and Analysis forecasting processes and special projects as needed. You will focus on fostering deep integration with business provides forwardlooking insights and enhances overall business acumen within the organization. You will deliver actionable insights and proactive problemsolving support to address broad complex operational and clientrelated challenge and act as a bridge between finance and operations empowering crossfunctional teams with datadriven insights that facilitate informed decisionmaking and agile responses to market changes. You will also support in building a strong collaborative team that is equipped to meet the organizations evolving needs.
- Provide fullcycle segment support bridging sales and operations in their assigned segment(s) forecasting budgeting problemsolving variance reporting. Primary point of contact for operations.
- Provide forwardlooking insights that guide strategic decisionmaking and anticipate future trends.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis raising key insights and preparing presentations to support leadership in evaluating business initiatives and decisions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts ensuring alignment with financial and operational priorities.
- Ensure segment adherence to contract terms and governance identify and implement optimization opportunities to enhance outcomes.
- Proactively monitor financial risks and opportunities make recommendations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Leverage global Entegra/Sodexo tools AI and other technologies to build a culture of datadriven insights that facilitates informed decisionmaking and agile responses to market changes
Qualifications :
- Postsecondary education (college or university) in Business Finance or Accounting. Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proven track record in similar roles for 3 years minimum
- Strong experience in business partnerships budgeting analysis and costing.
- Assemble dashboards strong report building skills
- Basic Microsoft Office suite (outlook word PowerPoint) Power BI
- Advanced Excel (VBA pivot tables nested formulas)
- Project Management understanding the problems solutions and delivering the communication
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills with the ability to meet established deadlines.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills with a proactive challenger mindset.
- Understanding of various contract structures and the financial implications of business decisions.
- Superior communication skills both verbal and written with a strong ability to form partnerships with Operational teams
- Fluent in English required: speaking writing reading; Bilingual proficiency (French) may be required and is a very strong asset
