You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our LGC Assure team! A background in the food certification industry would be required for this position. We work remotely but we encourage applications from candidates based in Spain or the United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for the retention growth and development of all assigned accounts across all sectors of Assure business unit. You will conduct and detail ongoing account planning understand customers needs and successfully implement strategic activities for assigned accounts.
Additionally you will build strong and longlasting relationships with assigned accounts within the LGC Assure sectors and act as the central point of contact for customers understanding their business needs and ensuring their complete happiness.
Youll be encouraged to drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities within assigned accounts and to become a trusted resource to their assigned account contacts encouraging opportunities for expansion.
