Job Description
- Data organization filing and encoding
- Handle lead sourcing interviewing and recruiting internship candidates talent mapping
- Assist the department with events organization
- Lead onboarding sessions and ensure smooth stakeholder management
- Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications :
- Must be an academic requirement
- Preferably 300 hours or more willing to go on site 23 times a week
- Studying Psychology Human Resources and other related areas
- Knowledgeable in Google Suites MS Office
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Smart Recruiters and LinkedIn
- Background in fastpaced entrepreneurial startup/tech environments preferred.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
