Job Description
- Support the Senior Product Designer on Top of Funnel design projects improving how users discover and engage with our platform
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and product analysts to create and refine consumerfacing features across the entire funnel
- Work on design operations helping to streamline workflows tools and best practices
- Participate in user research and discovery gathering insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
- Own endtoend product design from discovery to deliverycrafting prototypes collaborating on design QA and ensuring a seamless release experience
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system ensuring consistency and scalability across the product
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in product design UX/UI design or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing product design work (consumerfacing experience is a major plus)
- Experience with Figma and other industrystandard design tools
- A userfirst approach balancing business goals with intuitive and delightful experiences
- Ability to think beyond the interface considering user flows information architecture and overall UX strategy to create cohesive and effective experiences
- Familiarity with design systems and design ops best practices or a willingness to learn and contribute
- Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and experience applying insights to design decisions
- A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset excited to work across teams and learn from senior designers
- Bonus: Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) or designing for acquisition and engagement
