Job Description
- Post invoices for payment in a timely manner.
- Obtain and follow up with Payment Approval from Market Leaders.
- Adhere to Delegation of Authority.
- Generate Check and EFT payments.
- Submit Wire Requests to Treasury.
- Post Manual Checks related to Wire Online and Automatic payments.
- Communicate effectively with Treasury and Accountants.
- Handle payment related inquiries.
Qualifications :
- 5 years Accounts Payable Experience required
- 3 years Disbursements Experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills required
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge required
- High attention to detail
- High accuracy rate
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work on a closeknit team
- Ability to follow set procedures consistently
- Excellent Communication
- Excellent Organization Skills
