Job Description

This hybrid role can be based in Sunnyvale San Francisco New York or Bellevue.

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.

As a Product Manager on the Network Growth AI team you will be pivotal in driving strategy and for products that enhance LinkedIns core value: connecting professionals to economic opportunities. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies to help users grow and leverage their professional network. Expertise in AI UX design and user empathy along with strong analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead AI product strategy to grow and enhance member connections.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to create a comprehensive AI roadmap.
  • Align product strategy with measurable objectives and member experiences.
  • Prioritize new features and model improvements based on datadriven insights.
  • Analyze competitive environment customer needs and product metrics to drive engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
  • Make datadriven decisions to solve customer challenges using multiple data sources.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of product management experience
  • MS degree in a technologyrelated field
  • Exceptional communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong systems thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Proven ability to develop cohesive user experiences.
  • Expertise in AI and UX design.
  • Prior experience with ranking and recommendation systems in social networks
  • Experience shipping Machine Learning products and working with LLMs Proficiency in data analysis and experimental design.
  • Excellent systems thinking and strategic reasoning.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Eagerness to push boundaries and drive progress

The pay range for this role is $123000 $201000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
