Job Description

Lead a highperforming team. Help shape the next phase of growth.

Were looking for a bold and inspiring Head of Sales to join Hub Australia on a 12month maternity leave cover based in Sydney or Melbourne someone ready to lead a highperforming national sales team and continue the evolution of our sales function.

In this role youll be a key driver of Hubs growth strategy. Youll build on our solid foundations to drive revenue elevate team performance evolve our sales tools and processes and explore new ways to engage with customers and the market.

What your daytoday will look like (but not limited to!:  

  • Lead the of a sales strategy that drives occupancy revenue and member acquisition.

  • Coach and lead a talented team fostering a culture of performance growth and collaboration.

  • Use datadriven insights to shape pricing sales metrics and market positioning.

  • Build strategic relationships with key partners including enterprise clients brokers and landlords.

  • Oversee and optimise the sales budget and resource planning.

  • Lead the transformation of sales tools systems and commission structures.

  • Collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional member experiences and contribute to Hubs B Corp and impact goals.


Qualifications :

Were Looking For Someone Who:

  • 10 years in senior sales leadership with a proven track record of transforming strategies and driving revenue growth.

  • 7 years leading diverse highperforming teams through change and complexity.

  • Deep expertise across sales models including inbound outbound consultative and relationshipbased selling.

  • Strategic thinking and planning ability aligning commercial goals with exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to engage Csuite executives and crossfunctional teams.

  • Endtoend sales process knowledge from lead generation to closing with a focus on operational efficiency.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems data tools and sales tech to drive performance and insights.

  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience (MBA highly regarded).

  • Experience in the workspace or coworking industry is a bonus but not essential.
