Job Description

Our client a boutique law firm has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious attorney with at least 12 years of postadmission experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
  • Manage a busy caseload effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • LLB degree.
  • Admitted Attorney with at least 12 years of postadmission experience.
  • A very strong personality with exceptional confidence.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging cases.
  • Strong communication negotiation and litigation skills.
