Job Title: Sonographer
Location: Boston Massachusetts
Salary: $34.00 $40.00 per hour (submit best rate)
Shift: Day Shift 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Flexible Start/End Times) 8 or 10Hour Shifts Available
Job Overview:
We are seeking Sonographers to join their mobile imaging team in Boston MA. This is a fulltime permanent position offering excellent pay a customizable benefits package and flexibility in scheduling. Youll be delivering mobile ultrasound services to a range of facilities including nursing homes home health settings and correctional facilities. Relocation assistance and state licensure reimbursement after 90 days are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile ultrasound exams using portable sonographic equipment
- Capture and transmit highquality diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation
- Transport set up and maintain ultrasound equipment in various care environments
- Scan and submit examrelated paperwork and billing documentation daily
- Provide professional and efficient communication with dispatch management peers and clients
- Travel between assigned facilities throughout the Boston area
- Ensure patient comfort image accuracy and adherence to clinical protocols
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- ARDMS certification required (Abdomen and/or OB/GYN preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts state license or eligibility to obtain
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Excellent time management clinical and communication skills
- Previous mobile ultrasound experience is a plus
