Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and medically prescribed therapy treatments aimed at achieving maximum functional gains and independence for patients. This role requires clinical expertise independent decisionmaking and teamwork to deliver highquality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to maximize patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adapt treatments based on patient progress and functional needs.
- Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to work weekends holidays and late hours on a rotational basis as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required.
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification required.
