Work Schedule:

100 FTE Days. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will work at the Administrative Services Building 301 S. Westfield Rd. Madison WI.

We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:

Work with IS Project Managers and Operational Stakeholders on projects of varying sizes.

Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.

Support Microsoft operating systems iOS Android hardware and applications.

Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.

Qualifications
  • Associates Degree In Healthcare Information Technology Business or related field 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Required
  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Information Technology Business or related field strongly Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Experience in healthcare organization Preferred
  • Experience providing computer hardware software and application support for end users Preferred
