Where:Parks Admin Building 2015 Van Street in Maplewood
Estimated hours:May through Sept.Approximately 2030hours weekdays only 8a.m.4:30 p.m.
This position courteously and promptlygreets Parks residents and guests both in person and over the phone.Main duties aremakingshelterreservationshandling incoming callsand other office support duties.Candidates must be punctual.
Skill Requirements:ability totype 40 words per minuteeffective communication by phone in person and through email moderate skills in navigating the internet and using MicrosoftOffice.
(The work assigned to a position in this classification may not include all possible tasks in this work and does not limit the assignment of any additional tasks in this classification. Regular attendance according to the positions management approved work schedule is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:.
Education: High school graduation or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of related experience.
Substitution: Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
