Maintains all facility and equipment in clean and operable condition.
Inspects all assigned areas frequently.
Assists in observing cooks in the preparation portioning and garnishing of all food.
Instructs cooking personnel on the fine points of food preparation.
Ensures assigned work schedule is followed.
Schedules employee breaks periods in accordance with established procedure.
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees.
Conveys positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on the guest interaction.
Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback data and behavior.
Communicates service breakdowns and team plans in buzz sessions and facilitates opportunityseeking meetings to consistently involve all team members in service improvements.
Immediately addresses service breakdowns and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Keeps team well informed of property promotions and events.
Clearly communicates and enforces company expectations including Code of Commitment policies procedures department goals and business strategy.
Addresses employee performance issues coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback.
Consistently follows company policies procedures and industry regulations maintains accurate and uptodate employee records and completes performance reviews timely.
Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of commitment to internal guests needs.

Diverse fastpaced deadline driven multiproject coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Good communication skills and the ability to direct and manage people.
Five years experience to include experience in garde manger broiler saucier and a la carte functions.
