Job Title: Mendix Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Mendix developer to join our software development team. As a Mendix Developer you will be responsible for designing and creating applications using the Mendix platform. You will work with a team of experienced developers and business resources to build highperforming enterprise systems that assist clients in achieving their business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and test applications using Mendixs lowcode platform
2. Participate in every aspect of the development process including the design development testing and deployment stages
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
4. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production
5. Work with the team to manage optimize and customize multiple applications
6. Create and maintain technical documentation
7. Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features
8. Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Mendix developer or similar role
3. Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks/systems (e.g. JavaScript React Node.js)
4. Strong experience with the Mendix platform
5. Knowledge of relational databases SQL and ORM technologies
6. An ability to understand frontend users requirements and a problemsolving attitude
7. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
8. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
9. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
10. Mendix Developer Certification is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a portfolio of related projects. They must be selfmotivated detailoriented and always eager to learn and implement new technologies.
