What Youll Be Doing:
- Owning client relationships being the goto person for technical discussions and service improvements.
- Overseeing cloud services working with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Solving challenges managing escalations and keeping clients happy.
- Shaping service delivery stepping into an SDM role where your expertise makes an impact.
What You Need to Bring:
- Strong experience with Azure Microsoft 365 licensing and billing.
- A background in Technical Account Management or a similar clientfacing role.
- The ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- A hunger to grow into a Service Delivery Manager role.
