Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Apartment Turnovers
- Maintenance Repairs
- Preventative Maintenance
- Inspections
- Vendor Coordination
- Resident Relations
- Afterhours emergency response/coordination
Qualifications:
- 3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical
- Handyman and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent problemsolving verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid Iowa drivers license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Competitive pay starting at $27 an hour based on skill level.
