Are you an experienced Tax Manager in the Buffalo/Western New York area ready to make a move to a company with an incredible reputation for a familyfriendly culture Do you wish for a hybrid role
Key Resource Group is thrilled to be partnering on this search with a modern firm located in Buffalo that manages a diverse client based focused on Tax and Audit. This is a Direct Hire position with a starting salary of $95000 $125000 based on experience an excellent benefits package and a worklife balance friendly philosophy that allows for hybrid or fully remote work. In this role you will manage nurture and train a highperforming staff of Tax Professionals. The ideal candidate will be local to the WNY area have a current or expired CPA and have at least 5 years of experience in Public Accounting. This is an amazing opportunity with a business that is highly motivated to quickly make the right hire for their organization.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage and assign responsibilities to Tax Personnel team
- Schedule staff manage compliance with due dates and effectively monitor time budgets
- Lead and motivate a highly effective team with a focus on professional development retention and advancement
- Coordinate with Firm Partners in practice development and management
- Maintain ownership and responsibility for large scale tax engagements
- Manage communication of firm policies and technical info to tax team via individual and group meetings
- Review and prepare multiple types of returns
- Effectively research complex tax issues as needed
