Job Description: Housekeeper
Location: Grand Rapids MI
Number of Openings: 1
Position Overview:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires attention to detail efficiency and a proactive approach to cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting sweeping mopping and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas regularly.
- Change bed linens towels and other guest amenities.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in hospitality or a customer serviceoriented environment is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
