Description
CounselorinTraining (CIT) Trainer
The CIT trainer is responsible for facilitating the counselorintraining (CIT) program and supporting CITs working at both Sky Valley Ranch and RoundUp Ranch. Responsibilities include leading the development of a strong CIT community delivering leadership training for CITs and providing CITs with ongoing feedback and support. The CIT trainer shares fresh ideas for the CIT program and contributes to strengthening the A/U Ranches CIT training model. This position works in close collaboration with the ranch and camp directors.
