As Product Manager (m/f/d) for the Partnerships Squad at ToolTime youll spearhead the development of a product with the potential to reshape the future of tradespeople businesses. Joining our dynamic and fastpaced product team youll drive every stage of the product development process from discovery to release.

Your Tasks

• Define a visionary strategy and roadmap together with our partner which is aligned with ToolTimes organizational and business goals
• Provide guidance and expertise to our partner in the prioritization of product features
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional peers in a dedicated squad to craft innovative solutions that continually enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Drive user research initiatives to gain insights into feature complexity and feasibility risks ensuring were always moving forward with informed decisions
• Identify and overcome bottlenecks to optimize speed and value delivery all while balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor analyze and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product development progress to key stakeholders
• Cultivate strong relationships and open communication channels to ensure internal and external alignment successful product delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Your Profile

• 2 years of product management experience in a datadriven fastpaced environment preferably within a B2B/SaaS startup
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Exceptional prioritization skills and a relentless drive to continuously improve our product
• A solid technical background to learn and engage in the analysis of technical solutions
• Skilled at setting and achieving ambitious goals in collaboration with the team while independently driving initiatives that align with company objectives
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills coupled with a passion for motivating teams to deliver highquality product features
• Fluent English skills German skills are a plus
• Availability to work 28 32 hours per week
