Job Description
Cooler Master is a computer hardware manufacturer from Taiwan. Founded in 1992 the company is a popular brand for computer chassis power supplies coolers and other accessories. Alongside the retail business Cooler Master is also an OEM vendor for many major brand names in the computer industry.

The European HQ is located in the Netherlands.
Tasks
The Junior Business Analyst supports datadriven decisionmaking by analyzing sales and market trends. This role involves assisting in inventory optimization pricing strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and inventory data to identify trends.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel Power BI.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory management as well as team performance tracking.
- Research market trends and competitor pricing.
- Collaborate with sales operations and finance teams to optimize business processes.
- Document business processes and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Data Analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Understanding of demand forecasting and inventory management concepts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Speaking Mandarin is considered a big plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
