Job Description
Product management.
- Product knowhow & process.
- Work with engineering and technical department for new product implementation.
- Problem solving for product & process related.
Standardization
- FMEA/CP/WI/Check list standard.
- Line layout/ Line balance chart/ / Ergo.
- Capacity planning.
- Plant CapEx management.
- Responsibility for IATF16949 & BPS audit.
Continue improvement
- Productivity increasing project derivation and lead.
- Lead lean line design.
- Lead Shop floor layout improvement.
- Lead quality problem solving.
- Lead RPP activity for target achievement.
Other tasks from manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and technology.
- 5 years above. 5
- 2 years on process . 2
- IE knowledge well.
- PjM experience lead improvement projects.
- Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior.
- With BPS experience is plus.
- Fluent in both verbal and writing English and able to be working language.
