Qualifications :

o Several years of professional experiences as Organizational Coach Change Management Expert Organizational Development Expert Agile Master or similar
o Corporate culture organizational behavior leadership expert
o Deep knowledge of organizational development and change management methods and mastery of relevant tools e.g. Lean Agile
o Strong facilitation skills
