- Dealing with customer inquiries on a daytoday basis by email and phone
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Follow up on orders with the shipping department
- Manage client accounts by running reports
- Communicate with order entry on issues regarding invoicing shipping dates/ cancellations
- Issue and manage wholesale customer returns (RMAS)/ warranty/ damages/ replacement claims in a timely manner

- Traiter les demandes de renseignements des clients au jour le jour par courriel et par tlphone
- Recevoir et traiter les commandes des clients
- Assurer le suivi des commandes avec le service dexpdition
- Grer les comptes clients en produisant des rapports
- Communiquer avec le service des commandes sur les questions concernant la facturation les dates dexpdition et les annulations.
- mettre et grer les retours des clients de gros (RMA) les garanties les dommages et les demandes de remplacement dans les dlais impartis.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/account coordination
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Perfect Bilingualism both spoken and written
- Positive attitude and high sense of urgency
- Strong sense of initiative
- Strong customer service skills detail oriented & organized
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fastchanging environment
- Minimum 2 ans dexprience dans le domaine du service la clientle/de la coordination des comptes
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Bilinguisme parfait tant loral qu lcrit
- Attitude positive et sens lev de lurgence
- Fort sens de linitiative
- Solides comptences en matire de service la clientle sens du dtail et organisation
- Capacit effectuer plusieurs tches la fois et travailler dans un environnement en constante volution.
Additional Information :
- High school diploma.
- 3 years experience in the retail environment.
- Proven track record for driving sales and profit and supervising a team
- Experience in the fashion retail industry an asset.
- Experience in visual merchandising an asset.
- Familiarity with reading and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral in English.
- Familiarity of the MATT & NAT brand company values and understanding of our vegan beliefs.
- Ability to move and/or lift boxes and fixtures throughout the store.
- Capability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and select holidays.
