Kitchen TuneUp Tucson/Marana is seeking a Entry level Cabinet Installation Technician to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Tucson and the surrounding communities. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration cabinet painting cabinet redooring cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets.

- Arrive to shop or job site on time in logod shirt and appropriate work clothing.
- Follow instructions given by project manager
- Follow Trustpoints on every job
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Able to keep track of tools and keep your job place organzied
- Communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
- Restore wood cabinets in the home
- Paint cabinet doors and boxes
- Redoor and reface cabinets
- Install new custom cabinets
- Stellar work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Able to follow directions without deviating
- Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind)
- Able to drill for hinges
- Use of saws power tools paint sprayers etc.
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install rollout trays in cabinets
- Willing to learn and be trainable
- Prior experience in cabinet refacing
- Ability to properly cut and install crown molding
- Prior experience in painting cabinets using HPLV systems
- Prior experience in wood restoration
- Steady work and rapid growth in the Tucson market.
- Willing to train the right candidates
- Tools provided for the job site
