Sales Development Representative (SDR) qualifies leads prospects and can develop leads as well. Youll initiate first contact conduct outreach and set up meetings for BDMs (in case of smaller clients follow sales process itself). FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Identify and generate leads and prospects through various sources.
Interact with prospects (via telephone and email) to qualify and process leads for sales opportunities.
Manage and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronizing with the needs of the team.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay informed about market trends industry developments and competitive landscape.
Keep up to date with the ESET product set effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive questions.
Attend networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads.
Provide regular reports on sales activities progress and results to management.
Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree in any field preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a professional setting preferably in SaaS sales with experience in outbound prospecting within the enterprise segment.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to navigate objections and convert prospects through consultative questioning and solutionoriented discussions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
Collaboration: Strong team player with a proactive and goaldriven mindset eager to contribute to a highperforming team.
Performance: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using sales automation and prospecting tools such as Salesloft 6Sense ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
Prospecting & Relationship Building: Skilled in cold calling and establishing strong professional relationships.
This position offers an estimated ontarget earnings (OTE) of $93000 to $103000 per year based on experience skills and knowledge. Additionally we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness coverage paid holidays paid time off and more.
