Were seeking passionate knowledgeable Sales Associates who are driven to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly greeting build relationships and offer a personalized shopping experience
- Determine customers needs and provide them with appropriate product choices
- Develop and maintain relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Help customers celebrate their most important occasions with a gift of love from Medawars
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments at the register and handle customer transactions and service issues appropriately
- Keep customers informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish related results and contribute to team effort
- Perform store setup and closing operations including opening and closing the office area and moving jewelry to and from the store safe and display areas
- Perform basic store maintenance merchandising and other required activities to keep the store clean safe and inviting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Upbeat Positive & Energetic
- Must love working with beautiful products
- Experience in luxury retail sales customer service or retail is preferred
- Passion for helping clients celebrate lifes special moments with our beautiful products
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand and meet clients needs
- Dependable successfocused and committed to delivering highquality results
- Positive outlook and ability to create a welcoming and funloving environment for clients
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide a seamless shopping experience
