Description
The primary responsibility of the Financial Analyst is to support the Corporate Finance team by performing peer research and supporting the budget and forecasting process. This position supports executive leadership and interacts with departments throughout the company particularly Asset Management Leasing and Transactions. Due to the evolving nature of the company the Financial Analyst constantly creates efficiencies to enhance the depth of operational and corporate reporting.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity adheres to companys policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws government rules and regulations.
- Provides analysis of macro CRE trends and peer competitor data.
- Researches industry metrics.
- Assists in preparation of lender compliance packages.
- Supports quarterly corporate forecast process.
- Generates ARGUS Enterprise long term forecast.
- Supports annual budget process.
- Tracks budget metrics.
- Assists in preparation of board presentations for executive leadership.
- Underwrites potential dispositions and acquisitions
- Performs deal analysis & credit reviews for prospective tenants
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field and 1 year of experience in the job or related. Prior education training or experience to include:
- Financial reporting
- Financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced accounting knowledge
Domestic travel up to 10. Telecommuting may be permitted a few days a week. When not telecommuting must report to IVTs office in Downers Grove IL.
LOCATION: Downers Grove IL
HOURS: 40 Hours per week
