About us
Part of London Regional HotelsThe Lensbury Resortis located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club a 155bedroom hotel meeting and events space restaurant and bar Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.
The Role
If you love the water thrive on adventure and enjoy helping others develop their skills wed love to have you on board! Were looking for an enthusiastic instructor to lead exciting activities on both land and water while ensuring a safe and unforgettable experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with a big smile and making them feel at home
- Coaching and supervising children and adults through thrilling watersports activities
- Ensuring safety while keeping the fun levels high
- Keeping our watersports facilities and equipment sparkling clean and wellmaintained
- Running courses following British Canoeing standards
- Providing topnotch sailing tuitionwhether oneonone or with groups (ages 8
- Checking and maintaining equipment so everything runs smoothly
What were looking for:
To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualifications attitude behaviours skills and values:
- British Canoeing qualification is essential
- RYA Powerboat Level 2 or Higher
- Dragon Boat Helm is preferable
- First Aid Certificate
- DBS check this will be required and arranged by the company
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player with a cando attitude and excellent communication skills

Terms and Conditions:
- 830 hours per week (depending on business demand)
- Seasonal work (March October)
- 12.00 per hour rising to 12.80 from April
