Job Requirements:
As a member of US Operations New Products Team the successful Precision Cleaning ATE will perform handson setup calibration testing troubleshooting and diagnosis of diverse technical problems in support of ultraprecision cleaning to manufacture KLAs latest reticle inspection products. ATEs also participate in design and continuous improvement efforts that drive MFG improvements such as design for cost design for assembly & test design for manufacturing and overall efficiency.
Perform ultraprecision cleaning of optomechanical piece parts and subassemblies
Perform setup calibration & operation of specialized cleaning and test equipment for ultraprecision cleaning processes
Assist in improving design and manufacturing processes!
Ability to read technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments
Previous experience working in ultraclean environments with highlysensitive semiconductor equipment preferred
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical problems set up experiments and perform data analysis
Strong ability to update documents to enable repeatable Manufacturing processes
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills and collaborative work style
