What Youll Do
- Lead the Charge: Mentor restoration technicians set clear expectations and maintain high standards on every project.
- Be the Face of SERVPRO: Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Own the Details: Document job progress manage labor and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Be a ProblemSolver: Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe.
- Step Up in Emergencies: Participation in an oncall rotation assisting with local and outoftown storm recovery efforts is required.
- Coach and Inspire: Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence.
