Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Molding / Assembly Operator. This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.
STARTING PAY:
- 1st Shift $16.75/ hour
- 2nd Shift $17.90/ hour
- 3rd Shift $17.80/ hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information
- Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
- Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack
- Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect free
- Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning organizing and keeping it in orderly condition
- Provide accurate s counts at the end of the shift
- Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts
- Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues
- Complete all other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment which includes long periods of standing occasional walking and some light lifting
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English
- Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition subtraction and multiplication
- Regular onsite attendance is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift
