The accounting clerk (receivables) will be responsible for billing and processing credits as well as managing collections. The person will also follow up on customer requests and emails related to customer accounts (receivables).
Finally you integrate ISAACs mission and align with its strategic objectives collaborating to achieve them. You maintain a balance between organizational needs and your personal needs while adapting to changes. Additionally you contribute to creating a fulfilling work environment by showing care and radiating authenticity to your colleagues. Responsabilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy of information on invoices
- Issue credits related to SF credit requests
- Manage special credits for contracts and submit credit requests
- Issue customer deposit invoices when ordering materials
- Process customer collections in the system as they are received
- Check several times a day for customer deposits
- Answer customer questions and redirect requests to other departments as needed
- File customer emails according to the departments preestablished structure
- Escalate more complex requests to the controller or assistant controller
- Show care and radiate authenticity to colleagues and customers while respecting ISAACs values.
Qualifications :
- DEC in administration accounting option DEP or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of French and English spoken and written (Reason: Multilingual external clientele)
- Versatility rigor and sense of organization
- Analytical mind and attention to detail
- Respect for deadlines and standards in force
- Mastery of software: Microsoft 365 Suite.
Assets
- Knowledge of sales taxes (Canadian and American)
- Knowledge of NetSuite/Oracle
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
