Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented MS Dynamics CRM Developer with handson experience in developing customizing and deploying robust CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate should have a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver impactful CRM projects ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with external and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customize and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Work extensively with Power Apps and Power Automate to automate and enhance business processes.
Design develop and integrate Web APIs for seamless interaction with various external and internal applications.
Build insightful and actionable reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
Provide handson support and development expertise within CRM Service modules improving customer engagement workflows.
Prepare and maintain accurate technical specifications ensuring clear documentation for development and integration tasks.
Implement version control systems and actively participate in continuous integration and deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders demonstrating strong communication and consultative skills.
Technical Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of direct development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate for effective business process automation.
Solid experience in Web API integration and customization for effective system interoperability.
Strong reporting capabilities using SSRS and Power BI for clear business insights.
Proven handson experience with the Service module optimizing customer service operations.
Experience with source control tools and CI/CD environments for streamlined delivery.
