Job Description
Position: Physical Therapist
Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm Type: FullTime Mode: Direct Placement Pay: $45hr $70hr (Dependent on experience)
Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their healthcare team. This is a Direct Placement position with our key healthcare client. To be considered for this role you must have 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Educate patients and families on treatment techniques injury prevention and rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all medical laws guidelines and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership preferred.
- Strong diagnostic clinical and therapeutic decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
