Job Description
Requirements for Submission: Candidates must provide Date of Birth full Social Security Number and complete address before application process can proceed.
Required Documentation: Candidates are required to submit their CV including a Skills Checklist for the unit they are applying to two recent references from their specialty license verification and a copy of actual license if applicable and copies of any certifications along with their expiration dates.

Pay Difference: The pay rate for local candidates is $10 less than the travel rate.
