Controller in Dover OH
Full Time
Salary $130K/yearBenefits
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and budgeting
- Handson experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll management
- Experience with financial statement preparation (balance sheets profit and loss statements cash flow reports)
- Expertise in financial forecasting budgeting and variance analysis
- Knowledge of internal controls and ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective leadership and team management experience
- Ability to communicate financial insights to stakeholders and nonfinancial teams
